摘要
马来酸酐(MAH)和聚乙二醇400(PEG400)通过开环反应制得预聚体(PEG400-PMAH);再与丙烯酸(AA)进行自由基共聚合成了新型嵌段共聚物聚乙二醇马来酸单酯-聚丙烯酸[PEG400-PMAH-PAA(1)],其结构经NMR,IR,TGA和GPC表征。结果表明1符合设计预期,M-n=3 050,M-w=3 979,d=1.302,分解温度大于200℃。1作为水溶性大分子分散改性剂,可以提高绢云母在湿磨加工中的水分散性以及与极性橡胶的相容性。
A new hydrosoluble macromolecular dispersant and modifier,PEG400-PMAH-PAA(1),was synthesized by a free radical polymerization of acrylic acid(AA) with the performed polymer which was prepared by ring-opening reaction of maleic anhydride(PMAH) and poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG400).The structure and performance was characterized by NMR,IR,TGA and GPC.The result showed that 1 accord with design anticipate with n=3 050,w=3 979 and d=1.302;decomposition temperature of more than 200 ℃.The application experiment indicated that 1 can improve the hydrosoluble dispersibility of sericite and the compatibility between sericite and polar rubber in wet finishing.
