摘要
技术自主创新是高技术企业存在及发展的内核和灵魂。以内源性视角为切入点,可从技术创新水平和内在生态位两个维度,来剖析高技术企业自主创新能力的演化机理,构建高技术企业自主创新能力的内生演化模型。其中,高技术企业内在生态位主要包括关键种因子、优势种因子和冗余种因子等。运用协同学和突变论等分析工具的研究表明,高技术企业自主创新能力是高技术企业内在生态系统中关键种因子与优势种因子和冗余种因子相互作用,从技术创新学习能力发展到技术创新模仿能力,从技术模仿—创新能力演进到自主创新能力,从而实现将外在技术源转变为内在技术源的过程,达到提升技术自主创新能力的目标。
Self-innovation is the core of the development of high-tech enterprises. Taking the internal factors of self-innovation as our vantage point, we analyzed the evolution mechanism of high-tech enterprises' self-innovation capability through examining their technological innovation level and intrinsic ecological niche. The intrinsic ecological niche of high-tech enterprises embraces the factors of key-stone species, dominant species and redundancy species. Through employing the analytical techniques of synergetics and mutationism, we have found that the development of self-innovation capability of high-tech enterprises is engendered by the interac- tions between such endogenous factors as key-stone species, dominant species and redundancy species. Following the path starting from learning how to make technological innovations to eventually acquiring their own innovative ability, the high-tech enterprises will undergo a process of creating their internal sources of techno- logical innovations rather than relying on extemal sources. Only by so doing can they achieve the goal of enhancing their self-innovation capability substantially.
