摘要
为34例食道静脉曲张出血(EVB)病人行改良Susiura手术。经1～5年随访观察无肝性脑病及再出血,亦无手术死亡。并对手术要点进行了讨论。
This paper reported from 1980 to 1985. 34 cases of variceal bleeding using a modified sugiura technique, there were 28 cases were males and 6 females their average were 40 years (21～59). Child classes A, B, C were 8,16,10 respectively. Emergency and elective operative were 24 and 10. 30 cases were presented with portal hypertension due to nonalcoholic cirrhosis, follow-up period of 1～5 years (average 40 months) no postoperative potosysfemic encephalopathy and rebleeding operative mortility rate was 0. The technique ditail and the benefits of this method are discussed
