摘要
对传统的CPS控制策略的优缺点以及存在的问题进行分析,围绕如何提高CPS的控制效果,引入了新的判断条件即区域控制偏差与频率偏差的乘积因子,通过对其进行计算来判断机组状态是否对系统的频率恢复有利,从而控制AGC机组的调节动作。用Simulink仿真软件建立了一个单区域电力系统的控制模型,仿真结果表明,引入新的判断条件后的控制策略不仅能够更好的实现CPS考核标准,使系统的频率保持在规定范围内,而且降低了AGC机组的动作次数,降低了系统的运行成本,具有重要的实用性。
Virtues and defects of the traditional CPS controlling strategy as well as the existing problems are analyzed. In order to improve the control effects of CPS, this paper introduces the new judge conditions, i.e. product factor of area controlled errors and frequency errors, by calculating which to judge whether it is favourable to recover the frequency, thus to control the movement of the AGC generator. By applying the software Simulink, this paper sets up a single-area control model of power system. According to the results, this new strategy can not only achieve the standards of CPS better, keeping the frequency of power system in the prescribed range, but also reduce the frequency of the AGC generator’s movement, lowering the system running cost, having important practicable value.
