摘要
以斗轮堆取料机的功能部件门座架为研究对象,采用弹塑性增量的有限元法研究门座架的弹塑性变形问题,得到了线性和非线性情况下的门座架的应力变化规律和变形分布,并在此基础上对门座架结构进行改进,并与前计算结果进行对比,其过程及结论对门座架设计具有指导意义和参考价值。
The bucket wheel stacker reclaimer portal,as the research object,was analyzed by the elastic plastic increment theory,the stress law and distribution of portal under the situations of linear and non-linear were obtained.The structure of the portal was mproved.The process and conclusions of portal design have directive significance and reference value,compared with the previous calculation.
