摘要
长输管道的防腐质量直接影响管线的使用寿命。三层聚乙烯(PE)防腐层具有与管道表面粘结力强、电绝缘性能好、耐冲击、寿命长等突出优点,已在油气长输管道中广泛使用。该文以川气东送管道工程为例,简述了三层聚乙烯防腐管的涂敷原理和工艺流程。从原材料进厂控制、钢管的表面与处理质量、涂敷质量、成品检验等方面介绍了三层聚乙烯防腐管的施工质量控制要点。按制定的施工工艺进行施工,严格执行成品检验程序能生产出质优的防腐管。
The anticorrosion quality of long distance pipeline has direct effect on its service life. The 3 - layer polyethylene anticorrosion system has been widely used for oil ＆ natural gas long distance pipeline because of its good adhesion, electrical insulation, impact resistance and long service life. This paper has described the coating principle and process of 3 - Layer Polyethylene anticorrosion system used in transportation of natural gas from Sichuan to eastern area. It showed that the main quality control points of the application of three layer anticorrosion system in terms of material quality, surface pretreatment, painting process, product test. Eventually, higher quality anticorrosion pipes can be produced if applied according to the specified process and quility controw procedure.
