摘要
目的探讨恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病的临床治疗方法。方法对2009～2010年收治的46例恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病患者的临床治疗情况进行分析。结果化疗可以影响机体血糖水平,采取糖尿病综合治疗措施可以明显降低血糖水平,进而降低感染、化疗药液外渗和静脉炎等并发症,提高患者的治疗效果。结论积极控制血糖是临床上治疗恶性肿瘤合并糖尿病的关键所在。
Objective To discuss the clinical treatment method of malignant tumor with diabetes.Methods The clinical treatment data of 46 malignant tumor patients with diabetes taking treatment in our hospital from 2009 to 2010 were analyzed.Results Chemotherapy can affect the blood glucose levels.The diabetes comprehensive treatment measures can obviously reduce blood glucose levels,thereby lowering complicating disease such as infection,chemotherapy solution leakage and phlebitis to improve the therapeutic effect of patients.Conclusion Positive control of blood sugar is the key to cure malignant tumor with diabetes clinically.
