摘要
研究了 Bridgman 法生长的 Sb 掺杂钨酸铅( P W O) 晶体中 Sb 的分布和闪烁特性。晶体中 Sb 含量的测定表明, Sb 在 P W O 晶体中的分凝系数约为0 .63 。由于 Sb 掺杂可以补偿 P W O 晶体的组分缺失而降低其中空位和一些色心的浓度,与未掺杂晶体相比较, Sb 掺杂晶体具有更好的光学透过率和更高的发光强度。而且,在富氧气氛下退火后, Sb 掺杂晶体的发光谱特征变化较小,仍能保持较高的快慢分量比。
The Sb distribution and some scintillation properties of Sb doped lead tungstate (PWO) crystals grown by modified Bridgman method were investigated.The measurements of Sb content in crystals indicated that the segregation coefficient Sb in PWO crystals is about 0.63.Because Sb doping can compensate the composition deficiency in the PWO crystals and then reduce the density of vacancies and some color centers,compared with the undoped crystals,Sb doped crystals have better optical transmission and higher luminescence intensity.Furthermore,after annealing in oxygen rich atmosphere,the Sb doped PWO crystals can still remain a high percentage of the fast component for their less change of luminescence character.
