摘要
跨国公司已经成为全球国际生产的重要方式,对东道国的经济、就业等方面产生了重大影响,其中对东道国环境也产生了很大的影响。对于我国而言,伴随着FD I带来的经济增长,环境状况也有恶化的趋势。我国的环境恶化是否与跨国公司的进入有关,进入我国的跨国公司环境管理是否比本土企业更差,污染排放是否更严重,本文通过建立纵向差异模型以及利用天津经济技术开发区的数据建立计量模型进行实证检验,得到结论认为,跨国公司的环境管理是优于本土企业的。
As the most import production pattern in the world,multinational enterprises play important roles to economy,employee in host countries,which includes environmental pollution.For China,with the development of economy brought by FDI,the problem of pollution became serious.Dose MNEs affect the environment in China? Did the MNEs in China perform worse than local enterprises? To meet this overall goal,a mathematical model of vertical product differentiation was set up creatively.And an econometric model which used the data of Tianjin Economic-Technological Development Area convinced most of the propositions.The result indicates that the environmental performance of MNEs′ is better than local enterprises′.
