摘要 介绍了适合于连铸结晶器Ni-Fe合金单层电镀技术的工艺及配方,并对镀层的硬度、耐磨耗性能、耐热性能的数据进行了研究.结果表明,含3%~5%Fe的Ni-Fe合金镀层的综合性能较好,耐磨耗性能为相同厚度镍镀层的两倍. The process parameters and the bath composition of Ni-Fe alloy plating for a crystallize of continuous casting were studied. The test results of hardness, wear resistance、heat and heat impact resistance of the Ni-Fe deposits indicated that the layer containing 3%~5%Fe was the best among these layers with different Fe contents. In comparison to pure nickel layer at the same thickness, the wear resistance of the layer with 3%~5% Fe was twice as much as that of pure nickel layer.
