This paper expounds the significance of construction schedule control, introduces the main schedule control measures and main tasks by analyzes the factors influencing engineering schedule, and discusses how to establish dynamic management system and how to do well in construction schedule supervision and adjustment, so as to ensure the realization of engineering construction schedule target.
