摘要
三种固化类型的高压玻璃钢管在含有一定量 Cl- 、 C O2 及溶解氧的洛河水中的浸泡试验结果表明:洛河水介质对树脂含量较小、固化度较低的脂肪胺固化环氧型玻璃钢管的物理化学性能影响最大,而对芳香胺固化环氧型玻璃钢管的影响则较小。另外,根据三种材料在高温下浸泡前后性能( 硬度、弯曲强度及玻璃化转变温度) 的变化,指出玻璃钢管在油田应用时,必须进行实际介质环境下的评价试验。
This paper examines the physical and chemical performances of high pressure fiberglass pipes immersed in the Luohe water at some temperature levels ,and found that this medium has the greatest effect on the performance of aliphatic amine cured fiberglass pipe . Also, the conclusion that fiberglass pipe performance must be estimated under its service conditions was pointed out.
