摘要
昆明新机场航站楼复杂T型柱为组合箱形结构,钢柱长度较长,箱体内设置了大量的纵向加劲肋和横向隔板。施工中采取分步组装法,先将中间大箱体和两侧2个开口的小箱体分别组装,再整体组装。对T型柱采取分段吊装法,通过开设合理的工艺孔,采取合理的焊接顺序,解决了存在大量纵隔板封闭空间情况下对接焊技术难题。
The long complex T-shape column in Kunming New Airport terminal is combination box-shape structure.Many longitudinal stiffeners and transverse separators are set up in the box-shape column.During construction,step assemble method is applied,namely the middle big box and open little boxes in both sides are assembled separately and then be assembled as integrate.The T-shape column is installed by segments.The problem of butt weld in closed space is solved by setting up rational technique hole and using rational welding sequence.
