自拟救心益脉汤对充血性心力衰竭患者血浆内皮素及血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响

摘要 目的探讨自拟救心益脉汤治疗前后慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者(AngⅡ)和内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的变化。方法入选80例CHF患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,测定CHF患者用药前和用药后血浆AngⅡ与ET-1水平的变化。结果对照组与中药治疗组治疗前血浆AngⅡ与ET-1水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后CHF患者血浆AngⅡ与ET-1水平显著下降(均P<0.05);与对照组比较,中药治疗组治疗后血浆AngⅡ与ET-1水平下降更显著(P<0.05)。结论中药治疗CHF患者可明显缓解临床症状,改善左心功能,可能与降低心力衰竭患者的血浆AngⅡ和ET-1水平有关。
