摘要
本文就中意肉牛研究项目进展情况，从繁殖性能、育肥和屠宰性能及肉质性能方面阐述了皮埃蒙特牛的种质特性及与南阳牛杂交利用的育肥效果，并介绍了肉用牛线性体型评定的结果，分析了皮埃蒙特牛在国内的应用前景。
The development of research programme betwen China and Italy and breeding properties of piemonte and fattening effect of hybrid between piemontese and Nanyang cattle in reproductive properties,fattening and slaughter property are discussed in the paper.Also results of liner body shape assessment for beef cattle are illustrated and application prospects of piemontese in China are analysed.
