摘要
目的研究反映体重的指标体重指数与血压之间的关系。方法将106例高血压病患者按血压水平分为高血压病1、2、3级组,并将62例健康体检者设为正常对照组,分别检测各组体重指数。通过高血压病患者间及与正常人群的对比,获得不同分组高血压病患者体重指数与血压之间的关系。结果①高血压病组体重指数明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);②高血压病1、2、3级组间体重指数无统计学差异(P>0.05);1、3级组患者体重指数明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),2级组与对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论①体重与血压关系密切;②超重与肥胖可能与高血压病的发病及较高水平血压的维持,尤其是顽固性高血压的形成相关,其机制有待进一步研究;③体重指数作为临床评价心血管疾病发生的危险性的指标,具有一定的价值。
Objective To study the relationship between body mass index and blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension（EH）.Methods 106 patients with EH were divided according to blood pressure level into mild blood pressure group,moderate blood pressure group and high blood pressure group.62 subjeccts with normal were studied as normal controls.Results The body mass index in patients with EH were significantly higher than it in the controls（P0.01）.There was no significant difference in body mass index among different blood pressure level patients groups with EH（P0.05）.The body mass index in patients with mild blood pressure and high blood pressure were significantly higher than it in the controls（P0.01）.Conclusion There is a significant relationship between body mass index and blood pressure.Overweight and obesity maybe plays an important role in the development of mild blood pressure and resistant hypertension.Body mass index can offer useful parameters for cardiac function in patients with EH.
