摘要
介绍地铁盾构隧道始发后距离端头井约18 m处,下方斜穿外径3.57 m,壁厚285 mm的大型混凝土污水管(污水管与盾构隧道竖向结构净间距约0.52 m),然后向南穿越七里河。在进行有限元计算,并进行各工况沉降分析后,采取相关设计及施工措施,盾构施工得以安全通过,地面和污水管沉降量小;并采取相应的减振设计,减少地铁运营阶段对污水管的影响。
After leaving the shaft at a distance of about 18.0 m,the shield obliquely under-passed a large concrete sewage pipe with outer diameter 3.57 m and 285mm in thickness.The vertical clearance distance from shield tunnel to sewage pipe was 0.52m.Based on finite element analysis for different cases of settlements,some measures in design and construction for shield tunneling were adopted which resulted in the safe crossing of the shield under the pipe with little settlements on ground surface.In order to reduce the influence of subway in operation phase on the sewage pipe,some damping design measures were adopted.
