卧管式多管旋风分离器旋风管的研究

摘要 为适合于超高温、大处理量的卧管式多管旋风分离器设计了三种旋风管,并优选出其中一根作为基准旋风管。针对排尘口存在严重返混问题,对旋风管的排尘结构进行了改进,发明一种防返混的排尘锥,用325目滑石粉对Φ250mm旋风管进行分离效率试验,在入口气速25m/s,浓度2g/m3(标准状态)时,分离效率98.2%,用Coulter-TAⅡ对其尾气等采样结果分析。 A basic cyclone tube for multicyclone separator with horizontal tubes was elected from the designed three kinds of cyclone tube according to related references. Aiming to the serious back mixing of the separated dust at the discharge opening, a novel cone structure was invented for improving its discharge performance. The tube with the novel cone was tested with 325 mesh talcum powder at a inlet velocity of 25m/s and a concentration of 2g/m3 , it resulted a dust collecting efficiency of 98.2%. By sampling analyzing its cleaned gas with Coulter counter TA, the particles larger than 8 micron were 100% removed.
