以发热待查收治ANCA相关小血管炎1例分析并文献复习
摘要
抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体（ANCA）相关性小血管炎（ANCAassociated small vessel vasculiltis AASV）临床表现复杂多样,缺乏特异性,易误诊,漏诊。现报告我科近来以＂发热待查＂收治的ANCA相关性小血管炎1例,并结合文献复习如下。
