摘要
综述了异丁烷与丁烯烷基化反应用固体酸催化剂的研究现状及发展趋势。探讨了该反应的特点、固体酸催化反应机理及用于此反应的固体酸催化剂应满足的条件。提出了应从提高催化剂对异丁烷的选择性吸附及将催化剂的开发与反应器的设计及催化剂再生相结合的开发思路。
This paper elucidates the present situation of research and development of solid acid catalysts for the alkylation of isobutane with butene.Reaction character,reaction mechanism of solid acid catalysis and requirements for solid acid catalysts used are discussed.It is suggested that special attention should be given to improve the selective absorption of catalysts for Isobutane and to combine the design of reactor with the regeneration of catalysts for the further development of solid acid catalysts.
