摘要
目的：探索康复灵栓中儿茶的含量测定方法。方法：用迪马钻石ODS C18色谱柱，以0．04mol·L^-1枸橼酸溶液-Ⅳ，Ⅳ二甲基甲酰胺-四氢呋喃（45：8：2）为流动相，检测波长为280nm。结果：儿茶素在0．1487～1．487μg范围内，表儿茶素在0．1081～1．081μg范围内线性关系良好（r=1．000），平均回收率为97．4％（n=6）。结论：用HPLC测定法检测康复灵栓中儿茶含量方法简便，准确可靠。
Objective： An HPLC method for the determination of Catechu in Kangfuling Suppositories was established. Method： A Diamonsil ODS C18 column was used, with the mobile phase of a mixture of 0.04 mol·L^-1 Citric acid, Dimethylformamide and Tetrahydrofuran （45 ： 8 ： 2 ）. The detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results：The calibration curves of Catechin and Epicatechin was linear in the range of 0. 148 7 - 1. 487μg,0. 108 1 - 1.08 1μg （ r = 1. 000）, respectively. The average recovery was 97.4%. Conclusion ： The method was proved to be specific and reliable.
