摘要
简述当前江西省水利工程水费管理模式存在的主要问题，分析水价过低对水利工程带来的不利影响，提出水价改革的指导思想、奋斗目标、主要内容以及可供操作的具体保障措施．
This paper stated briefly the main problems of
water price managment pattern on hydraulic engineerings in Jiangxi province, analyzed the
influence of low water price on hydraulic engineerings,put forword the griding ideology, the
objective of struggle, the main content and concrete measurement which can be operated .
