摘要
以CNKI学术文献总库为检索源,检索1980—2009年间有关图书馆法方面的论文,通过对其分析和整理,探讨了图书馆法研究的现状,阐述了图书馆法研究的主要内容,包括图书馆法的调整对象、图书馆法的基本原则和图书馆的立法原则等。
Taking the pool of academic literatures of CNKI as the retrieve source,this paper retrieves the papers related to the library law and published in 1980-2010,and through analyzing and sorting these papers,probes into the present situation of the research on library law,and expounds the main contents of the research on library law including the adjustment objects,basic principles and legislative principles of the library law.
