摘要
针对如何基于用户需求,运用创新的系统管理理念推进图书馆服务和工作创新进行了实例分析,结合ALEPH500系统管理经验,指出了系统管理理念创新的现实意义。
This paper makes a case study on how to adopt the innovative concepts of system management to promote the innovation of library services and works based on client demands,and combined with the management experiences of ALEPH500 system,points out the practical significance of system management innovation.
