摘要
2005～2009年是江苏省年鉴事业取得新的重大进展的五年,尤其是市、县(市、区)综合年鉴发展迅猛、整体趋强、精品迭出。在第四届全国年鉴编纂出版质量评比中,江苏省市、县(市、区)综合年鉴取得的骄人成绩,凝聚着全省年鉴工作者的聪明才智和辛勤劳动,也是江苏方志界贯彻落实科学发展观,并将之转化为实际行动、转化为工作能力的生动体现。转变发展方式,使年鉴整体实力得到全面提升;开拓创新思路,使年鉴运作更加科学合理;完善创优机制,为打造精品年鉴营造良好的氛围。这些都是江苏省年鉴工作的经验总结。
The years between 2005 and 2009 are five years in which the Jiangsu Yearbook cause made new and major achievements.The city and county(city and district)comprehensive yearbooks in particular developed in a rapid and robust manner,showing a strong tendency overall,with outstanding works coming out one after another.In the 4th national yearbook compilation and publication quality assessment,Jiangsu city and county(city and district)comprehensive yearbooks made outstanding achievements,which not only agglomerate as the result of the smartness and wit and diligence of all provincial yearbook workers,but also represent lively the endeavor from Jiangsu local records circle to put into practice the scientific development outlook,and to transform it into real actions and work capabilities.Changing development modes,and getting full uplifting of overall strengths of yearbook compilation;exploring innovative thinking,and making the operation of yearbooks more scientific and rational;perfecting creative mechanism,and building good atmosphere for compiling excellent yearbooks-these are all experience summaries of Jiangsu provincial yearbook work.
