摘要
采用丙烯酸十二烷基酯、苯乙烯、马来酸酐三种有机单体共聚合成了塑料填充改性用分散剂,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振对三元共聚物分散剂的结构进行了表征,同时采用热重分析法和扫描电镜分别测试了分散剂的热分解温度和对无机粉体的分散效果。结果表明,三元共聚物分散剂的组成与设计结构基本一致,其热分解温度达到了350.2℃,且对无机CaCO3粉体的分散效果显著。
In this paper, the copolymerization of three monomers including dodecyl acrylate ester, styrene and maleic anhydride was synthesized as a plastic filling dispersant, and the structure was characterized through FT-IR, HNMR. At the same time, the thermal decomposition temperature and dispersion were tested by TGA and SEM. The results show that the dispersant consistent with the design structure, the thermal decomposition temperature of 350.2℃ and has significant dispersion to inorganic CaCO3 powders.
