阐述了非线性编辑在电视节目制作中依靠软件跳跃式地编辑，具有信号质量高等特点。介绍了在实践应用中的效果，提出购置设备应立足国内的建议。
The paper introduces the high quality features and practical effect of bouncing- style application of nonlinear editorial stystem using related software in the TV program manufacture, and puts forward the suggestion of purchasing the equipment and promoting the station's development in China.
