Mena、Her-2蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达和意义

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中Mena和人表皮生长因子受体2(Her-2)蛋白的表达和意义。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测60例乳腺癌组织和15例正常乳腺组织中Mena和Her-2蛋白的表达,同时分析其与临床病理资料的关系。结果:Mena蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的阳性表达率为73.3%(44/60),Her-2蛋白的阳性表达率为38.3%(23/60),均明显高于在正常乳腺组织中(0.0%)的表达(P<0.05),且均与临床分期及腋淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05),与患者年龄、肿瘤大小、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)无关(P>0.05);Mena与Her-2蛋白的表达有相关性(r=0.398,P<0.01)。结论:Mena和Her-2可能在乳腺癌细胞的浸润和转移中起重要作用;检测Mena和Her-2蛋白的表达可能对判断乳腺癌的恶性程度、浸润转移潜能及预后判断有重要参考价值。 Objective: To explore the expressions and significance of Mena and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(Her-2) protein in breast cancer.Methods: The expressions of Mena and Her-2 protein in 60 cases of breast cancer and 15 cases of normal breast tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,the relation of Mena and Her-2 protein expression to clinicopathologic features of breast cancer was analyzed.Results:The positive expression of Mena protein was detected in 44(73.3%) of the 60 tumors,the positive expression of Her-2 protein was detected in 23(38.3%) of the 60 tumors,the expressions of Mena and Her-2 protein in breast cancer were significantly higher than those in normal breast tissues(0.0% P0.05) and were positively correlated to clinical stage and armpit lymph node metastasis(P0.05),but not to patient age,tumorsize,estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) expression(P0.05).The expressions of Mena protein was positively correlated to the expression of Her-2 protein(r=0.398,P0.01).Conclusion:The positive expressions of Mena and Her-2 protein in breast cancer are importantly related to breast cancer infiltration and metastasis.Detection of Mena and Her-2 protein may have important reference value in determining the degree of malignancy and the invasive and metastatic potential of breast cancer,and evaluating prognosis.
