摘要
为探索使现有阻燃剂更加高效、无毒、环境友好、价格适宜、又保持力学性能的阻燃新方法,通过设计材料的加工工艺,使用层叠热压的方法将不同膨胀型阻燃剂配比的样片叠合热压制备出不同梯度的膨胀阻燃EVA材料,采用垂直燃烧测试、氧指数测试、力学性能测试、扫描电镜、锥形量热测试等研究手段对材料的膨胀阻燃剂均匀分布、分层及梯度分布性能进行了对比和分析。结果表明,这种梯度设计可以提高阻燃剂的阻燃效率,节省其用量,同时保持或提高力学性能,能够很好地延缓热氧降解过程,通过促进成炭作用,有效抑制热释放速率和烟释放量以及可燃气体的逸出。
To realize the purpose of exploring a novel method which could make the flame retardants much more effective, nontoxic, environmentally friendly, affordable and keep the mechanical property balanced, a new method was investigated in this research. Through designing the processing technic and using the way of pressing with heat, this method was designed as overlapping and pressing the sheet samples with various mix ratio of intumescent flame retardant(FR) under high temperature to prepare intumescent flame retarded EVA materials with different FR gradient and vertical combustion test, LOl test, mechanical property test, SEM and CONE Calorimeter test etc. were used to compare and analyze the properties of the materials with homogeneous flame retardants distribution, layering and gradient flame retardant distribution. The results showed that gradient design could improve the flame retardant efficiency, save the volume meanwhile keep or increase the mechanical properties and also it could defer the process of thermal oxidative degradation, restrain the heat release rate, smoke production and the escapement of the flammable gas effectively.
