摘要
随着网络经济时代的进一步升级,网络渠道给传统零售市场带来了全新的销售模式。这一新兴渠道像一把双刃剑,带给企业巨大机会的同时也伴随着一系列对传统渠道冲击的诟病。本文分析了传统企业引入网络渠道的必要性之后,提出了引入网络渠道在传统渠道上做"加法"的初级对策,以及在传统渠道上做"乘法"的终极对策。
