摘要
目的:研究内蒙古中西部农村产褥期妇女的文化程度对营养知识及产褥期妇女营养知识来源的影响。方法:采用随机整群抽样的方法,抽取内蒙古中西部3个城市农村(包头市、乌海市、巴彦淖尔市)1 000名出生月龄在6个月以内的婴儿母亲为研究对象,入户进行问卷调查。结果:孕期接受孕期教育的人数占71.6%,文化程度越高对营养知识的正确应答率越高,有明显的统计学差异;文化程度越低,获得产褥期营养知识来源于医务人员和父母亲朋的比例越高。结论:根据农村的产褥期妇女的文化程度现状建议利用现有的便利条件多开展健康教育和健康讲座,提高医务人员的营养知识水平,加强咨询和讲座,通过媒体广播进行宣传营养知识,通过加强产褥期妇女及家庭成员的健康教育促进母子健康。
Objective: To study the effect of educational level of rural puerperal women on nutritional knowledge and the sources of nutritional knowledge in the central and western Inner Mongolia. Methods: 1 000 mothers whose infants less than 6 months were collected in three cities in central and western Inner Mongolia, in rural areas (Baotou, Wuhai Bayannao'er) by using a random cluster sampling method, household survey investigation were taken. Results: Education during pregnancy accounted for 71.6% , the higher education level, the higher correct response rate of nutrition knowledge, there was statistical significance ; The lower level of education, the higher proportion that access to postpartum nutrition knowledge from medical personnel , parents , friends and relatives. Conclusion: Based on rural women's literacy status of puerperal, proposing that multi - use of existing facilities to carry out health education and health talks to raise levels of nutrition knowledge of medical personnel, strengthening medical staff advice and seminars, publicity nutrition knowledge through the media broadcast, improve mother and child health by strengthening the health education for postpartum women and families.
