摘要
为满足大排量、高含气钻井液的气体分离要求,通过结构优选、数值模拟和室内试验,研制了组合式钻井液气体分离器。该分离器结合重力式分离器和管柱式旋流分离器的优点,处理量大,分离效率高,可以应用于欠平衡钻井工艺中。
We have developed the Combined Mud-Gas Separator to meet the situation of large displacement and high gas concentration in the mud-gas separation,by means of structural optimization,numerical simulation and laboratory experiments.This separator which can be used in under-balanced drilling has the advantage of large capacity and high separation efficiency,combining the advantage of gravity separator and Gas-Liquid Cylindrical Cyclone.
