摘要
通过原材料的选择,拟定涂料配方,经过大量的试验及检测,确定了以水性丙烯酸树脂为成膜物质,以超细氢氧化铝为阻燃填充料、以纳米氧化锌为抗菌材料等组成的成熟涂料配方及生产工艺。
Selecting suitable material,studying out initial coatings compositions and making great amount of experiment and test,we have determined the compositions and production technology of the coatings.Waterborne acrylic resin is as film forming substance,ultra-fine aluminum hydroxide as flame retardant material and nano zinc oxide as antibacterial material.
