摘要
综合论述了合金成分、氧含量、微量元素、冷却速度以及强度对低碳低合金钢焊缝韧性的影响。适当的合金成分、氧含量和微量元素是获得良好的焊缝冲击韧性的基本条件。对于一种焊接材料,根据WM-CCT图选择合适的冷却速度可获得理想的微观组织。不同强度级别对焊缝的韧性影响不同。
The influences of alloy compositions,oxygen content,trace elements,cooling rate and strength on weld toughness of carbon steel and low alloy steel were introduced.The proper alloy compositions and oxygen content are the essential to obtain the high toughness of weld met al.For a welding material,the microstructure of weld metal can be obtained by selecting the proper cooling rate according to the WM-CCT diagram.The strength grades of base metal have different influence on weld toughness.
