摘要
目的基于军队医院多数护士未经过专门的卫勤训练,战伤救护知识和技能的掌握不尽人意,探析网络培训及考核在护士战伤救护知识培训中的作用。方法借助自行开发的多媒体网络系统对940名护士进行培训与考核,比较网络培训前后、不同学历、不同工作年限、不同类别护士的知识掌握情况。结果培训后护士战伤救护知识水平较培训前明显提高(P<0.05);学历高的掌握知识情况好于学历低的(P<0.05);不同工作年限的掌握状况基本相似(P>0.05);军人护士及文职护士比聘用制护士掌握的好(P<0.05)。结论利用网络系统培训与考核,可扩大受训范围及提升护士战伤救护知识水平,并对卫勤训练和人力资源管理起到便捷管理作用。
Objective Since a majority of military hospital nurse had not been trained for military service,few mastered enough knowledge of wound rescuing,which calls us to explore the effect of network training and testing on nurses′ knowledge of wound rescuing.Methods 940 nurses were trained and evaluated by a multimedia network system.The resulted data were analyzed with SPSS statistics 17.0 to find out whether there is any advantage of network training,and to determine whether nurses with different educational backgrounds,positions and working lifetimes have equally mastered wound rescuing knowledge.Results After a period of training,the scores of wound rescuing tests were obviously higher than before（P0.05）;The nurses with higher degrees acted better（P0.05）;no difference was seen among different working lifetime groups（P0.05）;Military and civilian nurses′ scores were higher than employed ones′（P0.05）.Conclusion Network training and testing not only make nurses master wound rescuing knowledge better and make the training expanded,but also make nurse training and human resource management more convenient.
