摘要
本文对高等教育适应市场经济和进行素质教育两个问题进行了讨论，提出适应市场经济和遵重教育规律两者的联结点是培养的人才及其质量、培养高素质创造型人才是市场经济对高等教育的根本要求，要建立多层次的立体交叉的人才质量反馈系统．在素质教育方面提出素质教育的本质是人才的全面发展和可持续发展，解决教学方法是实施素质教育的根本途径，指出一味增加课程门数、增加课时总量是违反教育规律的，强调要把素质教育贯彻到教学工作各个环节．
This paper discusses the adaptation of market economy and quality education in higher education and proposes that the joint between adapting market economy and respecting the educational law be where personnel is fostered and its quality improved.The education of well qualified and creative personnel is the radical demand of market economy for higher education.The feedback system of poly level and three dimensionally crossed personnel quality should be established.For quality education,the paper proposes that the nature of quality education be all round development and sustainable development and that educational methodology be the radical approach to implement quality education.The paper criticizes the phenomena of only increasing the number of courses and school hours,emphacizing that quality education should be carried out in every aspect of teaching and learning.
