以 4 0mmol/L苯二甲酸钾作淋洗液 ,对采用非抑制离子色谱法测定海带中微量碘的方法进行了研究 ,证明该方法简便、快速、准确 ,平均回收率为 98 6%
A method for determination of trace amounts of iondine in seaweed was studied by means of nonrepress ion chromatography.4.0 mmol/L potassiumphthalate was used as an eluent.The method was simple,rapid and accuracy The recovery was 98.6%.
