摘要
提出了一种分离乌桕脂的酶促转酯产物类可可脂的新方法——采用自配的混合有机溶剂WQ 进行二步抽提,在分析了溶剂使用中温度、用量、抽提时间等因素对抽提效果的影响后,得到最佳工艺参数。抽提产物类可可脂的纯度高达94.9% ,收率86% ,从而成功地替代了原来普遍采用的真空蒸馏法。
There is a new purification method provided to get cacao butter equivalent from the transesterified mixture catalyzed by lipasa of chinese vegetable tallow and stearic acid methyl ester.A fter the analysis of some factors affecting the effect of purification,such as tem perature,volume,stirring time,the optimum operation conditions are found.The purity of cacao butter equivalent after seperation is 94.9 % and the yield is 86%.
