摘要
利用扫描电子显微术(SEM)研究了Nd_(12.2)Fe_(bal)Co_(11)B_6Zr_(0.1)合金的铸态和均匀化组织,着重分析了α-Fe和富Nd相的形貌、成分和分布。结果表明,经过恰当的均匀化退火处理可以有效地消除α-Fe,富Nd相主要由Nd-Co相构成,其形貌主要同初始铸态组织以及具体的均匀化退火工艺有关。
The casting microstructure and homogenized microstructure for Nd12.2FebalCo11B6Zr0.1 alloy were investigated via Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). In particular, the morphology, composition and distribution for α-Fe and Nd-rich phase were analyzed. The results indicate that α-Fe can be e-liminated via proper homogenization process,also that Nd-rich phase mainly is composed of Nd-Co phase whose morphology is mainly related to the ingot microstructure and the homogenization process parameters.
