摘要
用氩气保护,非晶箔FeNiSiCrB做中间层,对20钢进行了瞬时液相扩散连接试验,用显微镜观察了接头组织形貌,用显微硬度计测试了热处理前后接头的显微硬度。研究表明,热处理可以使接头组织均匀化,降低接头显微硬度,但热处理对接头中的脆性相没有明显影响。
20 steel pipes were joined by transient liquid-phase bonding process using FeNiSiCrB alloy as filler in argon atmosphere.The microstructure and hardness of the TLP bonding joint were observed and measured using SEM and hardmeter.The results show that the heat treatment can make joint microstructure homogeneous,and reduce the microhardness of joint.But there is no significant effect on the brittleness phase of joint by heat treatment.
