摘要
建筑业农民工转化为产业工人是我国城镇化建设的一条途径。基于目前我国建筑业的农民工仍处于游离于城镇之外的状况,同时施工企业也面临着许多困难,提出了在农民工中恢复师徒制和技术等级制的方法,以促进城镇化进程。
rural migrant worker in Construction industry translate into industrialist is a way of Chinese urbanization. However, the rural migrant worker in construction industry is still in dissociating status from urban, while construction firms are also facing many difficulties. This paper proposed the approach of recovery of master-apprentice system and technical grade system in rural migrant worker, so that to promote urbanization.
