摘要
基于系统论的建筑工程质量控制过程,按工程建设的前、中、后期,将设计、监理、施工等单位的人、材料、施工等各种信息统一起来,通过对这些信息的高效组合管理,可以实现全过程、全方位地控制工程建设质量,并结合青藏铁路建设的部分环节来加以论证。
The author proposed construction quality control process based on the system theory, according to the before, during and post of construction period, unify the different information of people, materials and construction from design, supervision, construction unit, through the efficient synthesis management, to realize the aim of construction quality control process entirely and roundly, and to be demonstrated according to the example of segments construction in Qinghai-Tibet railway. Projects system is premise of dynamic control and decision-making by different contractors in various stages. The accuracy and comprehensiveness of each inlormation element will have a greater impact for target of different projects.
