摘要
孕妇24岁，怀孕31周时，B超示胎儿右侧腰背部可见6．2cm×4．2em低回声区，形态不规则，边界欠清晰，延续到右侧肾周，与肾脏、肾上腺及脊柱无明显连续关系，其内可见血流信号，测得高阻力频普，胎儿脊柱腰骶段排列未见明显异常，其他脏器未见异常改变。
