摘要 从环境行为理论的视角,对建筑废弃物减量化行为的影响因素进行了分析,建立了建筑废弃物减量化行为决定因素模型,运用该模型从态度因素、个性因素、认知因素和情境因素四个方面对建筑施工人员的废弃物减量化行为进行了分析。 The paper analyzed the factors affecting the behaviors of construction and demolition(C&D) waste reduction with a perspective of environmental behaviors theories. It established a model on decisive factors of the behaviors of C&D waste reduction. It discussed the construction worker' s behaviors of C&D waste reduction from attitudinal, personalistic, cognitive and situational angles.
