摘要
应用形态学的方法.观察比较不同浓度下雷丸对体外培养的微小膜壳绦虫杀虫作用机理.实验结果表明:杀虫可能与雷丸的有效成分一种蛋白酶对虫体皮层的损伤程度有关,并与药物浓度、作用时间有关.
Objective: The mechanism of leiwan in various deses against hymenolepis nana in vitro was studied with morphological methods. Results show that perhaps the mechanism is, to some extent, relevant to one of the effective ingredient of leiwan - a protease that does harm to the tegument, and is influenced by dose and time.
