摘要 0引言HIF-1α是缺氧条件下的一种转录因子,MMP-2是降解细胞外基质和基底膜的重要因子,VEGF有促进肿瘤血管生长的作用,三者在胶质瘤的发展和浸润中起重要作用。本研究检测HIF-1α、MMP-2和VEGF蛋白在不同脑组织中的表达情况以及与临床病理之间的关系,以探讨它们在胶质瘤发生、
