腰果酚碘值与其稳定性关系

Revelation of biochemistry experimental instruction in the construction learning theory

摘要 本文通过对自制腰果酚的碘值分析,并短文献值和理论计算的比较,得出了以下结论:腰果酚的碘值结果不仅与其侧连上的不饱和双键有关,且舆苯环上的酚羟基有很大关系,因此,腰果酚碘值结果的变化便可表征其稳定性。同时,对腰果酚的储存倏件也做了简要的探讨。 The construction leaming theory emphasizes on the initiative in learning. It brings about a tremendous shock to the traditional monotonicity teaching model. Author are enlightened with the theory, carry out the biochemistry experimental instruction under the direction of the theory and know something as follows.
