摘要
本文建立了拟均相二维模型模拟具有新型换热结构的固定床反应器。利用Crank-Nicholson差分方法求解反应器中的温度分布和浓度分布。以乙炔法气相合成醋酸乙烯为实例,模拟结果证明了与传统的固定床反应器相比,新型结构的反应器能有效地提高换热能力。文章讨论了空速、反应气入口温度和反应气配比对反应器的热点温度和转化率的影响。
The mass transfer and heat transfer in fixed-bed reactor with new heat exchange structure were simulated using 2-D quasi-homogeneous models. The temperature and concentration distributions in the reactor were obtained by solving PDE using Crank Nicholson difference method. The reaction of synthesis of vinyl acetate via acetylene and acetic acid was selected as a case study in numerical simulation. Comparing with the traditional fixed-bed reactor, the simulation results showed that the heat exchange capacity was improved in the proposed reactor with new structure. Furthermore, the influences of operating conditions, i.e. mass flow rate, temperature of reactant and concentration ratio of reactant, on the maximum temperature in the reactor and the conversion of the reactant were discussed in the paper.
