摘要
莱茵衣藻以其特有的生物学特性和遗传背景,成为迄今生物界唯一可对其核、叶绿体及线粒体分别追行基因转化的模式物种。近年来,利用衣藻作为新型生物反应器来生产药物蛋白和生物制氢的研究受到多方关注。深入研究其基因转化体系的特性和表达调控机理,对利用其构建高效生物反应器具有重要意义。本文归纳了衣藻核转化和叶绿体转化的原理、特点及表达调控机理,并封其应用与发展趋势作了深入分析。
Chlamydomonas reinhardtii becomes a unique model species whose nuclear, chloroplast, and mitochondria transformation systems have already been set up due to its special biological characteristics and heredity background. In recent years, more and more researches focused on using transgenic C. reinhardtii as a new bioreactor to product pharmaceutical protein and biohydrogen. Therefore in order to establish high efficient bioreactor, the characteristics of foreign gene expression system of C. reinhardtii should be paid much more attention. This article mainly addressed the theory, characteristics and regulation mechanisms of nuclear and chloroplast transformation of C. rehthardtii. Its application and development tendency were also analyzed.
