摘要
在旧城改造中如何处理好改造与保护的关系?作者认为要对城市范围内的古建筑进行全面的考察,摸清家底,在开发建设中要真正做到"留其精华、去其糟粕",而对没有经济能力进行全面修缮保护的城市,应先将其保护起来,待条件成熟时再进行修缮,并且要把古建筑的保护和旧城改造一样纳入城市规划管理轨道。
How to deal with the relationship between reform and protection in old city reform？ It is considered that ancient buildings in a city shall be investigated comprehensively so that we can be familiar with the overall conditions. In the development and building process, we must realize ＂retaining the essence and removing the dross＂ in real sense. However, for the cities without the financial strength to restore and protect the ancient buildings comprehensively, they shall take the initiative to protect them and wait for the right time. Moreover, both ancient building protection and old city reform shall be included in city planning and management.
